Removed old Pine Straw and installed Mulch
Pruned all shrubs, removed old pine straw cleaning out the beds. Sprayed and installed brown mulch.

Tree Removal and Planting
Removed tree and had the stump ground out. Cleaned all wood chip debris and created a bed area with soil in the trees place. Planted a Japanese Maple and added red mulch.

Water Drain Install
Water would settle and flood by basement driveway. We tied into gutter down spout and trenched the pipe underneath side wall to street ditch. We added drop box, buried pipes and back filled with gravel stone 57.

Paver, Lights & Mulch Installation
Beds were cleaned out and shrubs were pruned. A river red estate paver was installed 2 inches in the ground bordering all the beds. Landscape solar lights were installed and red mulch was installed to match.

Zoysia Sod Installation
Removed existing grass and prepared soil for sod installation. Applied starter fertilizer and rolled new lawn in.
